Animator - Developer

Mat Hains: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; With nearly five years in the animation industry, Mathieu Hains has quickly gained valuable production experience and management insight. A graduate of Algonquin College, Mathieu initially started his career as an animator on Disney’s Kick Buttowski and Fish Hooks. He then went on to become Lead Animator and Technical Director Fixer for Comedy Central’s Brickleberry and Gajilionnaires, and CBC’s The Magical Hockey Skates. Mathieu also served as Animation Supervisor on Country Music Television’s Bounty Hunters; a project where he managed a team of fifteen animators, both in-house and from other studios. He is currently honing his craft at Mercury Filmworks on Disney’s Jake and the Never Land Pirates, as well as masterminding his own original series proposals.
